Shipping Info: We are committed to send your order via Bpost (bpost.be) or Mondial Relay (mondialrelay.be) within 7 business days.

Shipments to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain come with a tracking number. Shipments to other destinations in Europe and the rest of the world do not include such tracking option. If you have any question(s) regarding the shipping and/or the delivery method, please make sure to contact us before placing your order.

Please note when ordering multiple items that our shipping rates are calculated on the basis of 2 items ordered. If you would like to order 3 or more items, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order so that we can charge you the correct amount when possible. Return Policy: We are not responsible for the loss of items caused by any eventual issues related to the quality of the delivery service of the country you live in. Unclaimed items will not be refunded. To avoid any kind of damage during transport, all records are packaged with much care into sealed plastic sleeves with cardboard stiffeners. In the event that your order has been seriously damaged during transport, please send us pictures of both packaging and item. No replacement or refund will be offered otherwise.
